THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after his claim of EVM malfunction turned out to be false. Ebin Babu has alleged that he had voted for a particular candidate at a booth in Kendriya Vidyalaya School, Pattom, but the EVM showed the vote went to another candidate.
